Two forms of treatment are available for fuel driven machines including boilers, plant, machinery, engines, generators etc.

 

For smaller installations e.g. domestic or small commercial installations, construction plant and machinery, generators the use on non-invasive static rare earth magnets fitted to the fuel lines will improve combustion efficiency resulting in typical fuel savings between 5% and 15% on petrol, diesel, gas and oil fuels and up to 20% on LPG fuels.

No servicing and maintenance required for these products and no drop off in effectiveness over time.

Static magnet treatment is suitable for fuel lines up to 80mm in diameter.

 

For larger systems, a modified AV digital unit can be installed to provide the improved combustion efficiency and hence provide lower energy use without loss of performance.

Improving efficiency reduces energy consumption, reduces costs and improves environmental credentials.

 

For large fuel users the savings far outweigh the capital cost of installation.

Accurate historic consumption data is required to determine the optimum product specification. Variations in demand can then be accounted for and, in the case of heating equipment, degree day data applied to determine accurate savings.
